Of course, you can opt for a late check-out. You'll need to vacate your room by the regular check-out time at 12:00, but we have a complimentary Late Checkout area available. All you need to do is make a reservation for Late Checkout at the front desk on your check-out day. This way, you can check out of your room, securely store your belongings, and comfortably pass the time until your flight. Please inform us in advance about your check-out day so that we can arrange a suitable time slot for you. We wish you a pleasant journey!

    1.    Our hotel operates with a family hotel concept. Therefore, we offer family-friendly amenities to enhance your accommodation experience.
    2.    Our male accommodation services are available only on certain dates. Please contact us for these dates.
    3.    We have a limited quota for accommodation. We recommend making your reservation early.
    4.    Please be aware that any additional services and amenities during your stay may be subject to extra charges.

Campaign Description: Swandor Hotels & Resorts Topkapı Palace is organizing a special children's action campaign for Domestic Market, European Market, and UK Market guests.

Campaign Duration: The campaign will start on 01 January 2024 and end on 31 January 2024.

Campaign Scope: The campaign is valid from 01 January 2024 to 26 May 2024 (inclusive). During this period, for bookings made in the Deluxe Superior Room category, accommodation will be free of charge for two children between the ages of 3-11.99 staying with their parents.

Conditions of Participation:

  • The campaign is only valid for bookings made between the specified dates.
  • The campaign is only valid for Deluxe Superior Rooms.
  • The campaign is valid for one adult or two children between the ages of 3-11,99 staying with two adults.
  • The campaign cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.
  • Reservation and Cancellation Policy: Reservations can be made through our hotel's website, call centre or authorised travel agencies. Cancellation and change conditions are subject to the conditions specified at the time of booking.

General Conditions

  1. Campaign Description and Validity: This package is valid only for stays on the night of February 14th at Swandor Topkapı Palace. The package is available to guests who make their reservations in advance for the specified date and who book under the 'Valentine's Day Special' designation.

  2. Reservation Conditions:

    • Reservations can be made through Swandor Topkapı Palace’s official website or authorized agents.
    • For reservations made through agents, the room name must include the 'Valentine's Day Special' designation.
    • For reservations made through our website, the package will automatically be added to the room price for stays on the night of February 14th.
  3. Package Contents and Usage Terms:

    • Complimentary Room Upgrade: Subject to availability and confirmed upon check-in.
    • Special Dinner: Reservation required; limited availability. Dinner is served between 19:00-21:00.
    • Couples Massage: At Egna Spa, reservation required; limited availability.
    • Complimentary Childcare: At Rino Kids Club, valid for children aged 4 and above.
    • Party at Irish Pub and Complimentary Photo Shoot: Participation and services are subject to campaign conditions.
    • Early Check-In and Late Check-Out: Subject to availability.
  4. Legal Notices:

    • This package cannot be combined with other promotions.
    • Swandor Topkapı Palace reserves the right to change the campaign terms without prior notice.
    • The campaign is valid for the specified date and conditions and cannot be the basis for any claim.
    • The hotel accepts no liability for any disruptions or impossibilities in the provision of services but will endeavor to provide the best possible solution.
  5. Liability and Resolution:

These conditions constitute a legal agreement between Swandor Topkapı Palace and the guests participating in the campaign. Acceptance of these campaign conditions indicates that the terms have been read, understood, and agreed upon. In the event of any dispute, Turkish Law shall apply, and the competent courts shall be the Courts and Execution Offices of Antalya.
